On Friday 30th January, Gateshead Recovery Service will host a special Women’s Health Day event.

The aim of the day is to encourage women to access essential women’s health services, offering accessible, trauma-informed health checks and advice in a safe and supportive environment.
What will be available on the day:
• Practice Nurse on site
• Liver screening scans
• Cervical screenings
• Sexual health checks
• Breast screening specialist
• Contraception advice
• Menopause advice and support
• Respiratory support (persistent coughs, chest infections, breathing concerns)
