Help with
finding employment
Work can be part of your recovery — not something you have to wait for.
So if you’re thinking about getting back into work, or trying it for the first time, we’re here to help.
After all, finding the right job — something meaningful, stable, and suited to you — can be a big step forward in recovery. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
And we know this support works. Just as it’s worked for more than 350 people, over the last few years. We are part of, not separate from, your recovery journey, and we continue to support you even after you’ve secured a job.
What we can help you with
We’re here to help you with your goals, your skills, at your pace. And we can do that by:
- Speaking with benefits agencies about your plans
- Working with you to find the kind of job you’d like
- Building your confidence and identifying your strengths
- Helping you to write your CV and get ready for interviews
- Talking to local employers on your behalf
- Helping you to understand your benefits and how work might affect them
- Offering ongoing support once you’ve started work
You don’t need to have everything sorted — we can figure it out together. And crucially, you do not need to take a job that you do not want.
