Rehab

A place to focus, rebuild, and recover — with people who understand what it takes

Person centred rehab support in the North East

Our residential rehab near Middlesbrough offers a safe and structured environment where people can begin or strengthen their recovery from drug or alcohol use.

It’s a space to step away from chaos, reflect, and start again — supported by people who’ve been there.

Typically, people live with us for six months. But as an alternative to this service, we also offer a ‘dayhab’ in several locations — where people can take part in our regular groups and support during the day, while still living in their own home.

What you need to know

Who is our rehab for?

It is open to adults ready to begin recovery in a structured, supportive setting. Many people are referred through local services, such as GPs, and other drug and alcohol treatment providers  — but you can also get in touch directly to ask about places.

What happens at our rehab?

You’ll live in a supportive and structured home, alongside other people who are also working on their own recovery.

It’s a community that respects and supports you, and many of our professional team are in recovery themselves, so they understand what it’s like to feel stuck — and what it takes to move forward.

What’s involved in the programme?

Our rehab offers an abstinence-based programme, including:

  • Group work focused on recovery, self-worth and life skills
  • Structured days with routine, purpose and connection
  • One-to-one support, as well as group sessions and peer mentoring
  • Support from staff who bring both professional and lived experience of addiction and recovery.
